Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Excel.
• 5+ years in supply chain planning and logistics.
• 3+ years owning master production schedules.
• 1+ year leading a team.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing.
• U.S. Person per ITAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Level-load daily production schedules, analyzing capacity to optimize throughput and on-time delivery.
• Review open orders for lead times and prioritize production schedules.
• Identify issues that could impact delivery, production schedules, or quality.
• Lead shortage and production meetings with cross-functional teams and expedite materials where needed.
• Balance current and future demand with capacity to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure uninterrupted material flow.
• Assist with new product introductions by coordinating pilot jobs and alignment across functions.
• Provide leadership to a Production Planner.
