Job summary

DuPont seeks a Master Scheduler for the Cyrel Americas team in Wilmington, DE. You will own the Master Production Schedule for the Cyrel Parlin site, translating demand into production and inventory plans while balancing service, inventory, capacity, and financial goals.

The role requires leading cross-functional collaboration, optimizing capacity, and driving continuous improvement in planning processes with SAP/OMP/APO and PowerBI proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as SCM/engineering.
• Experience in supply planning, master scheduling, or related roles.
• Experience with ERP/planning systems: SAP, OMP, APO or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Proficiency with PowerBI, Excel and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Master Production Schedule for Cyrel Parlin site.
• Translate demand plans into actionable production and inventory schedules.
• Evaluate capacity, labor, equipment, and material availability.
• Identify bottlenecks and risks, coordinate mitigation with teams.
• Lead IBP support and scenario analyses for supply-demand balancing.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and data accuracy.
