Job summary

MAU Workforce Solutions is seeking a Master Scheduler in Columbia, SC to build and maintain master, project, and resource-loaded schedules. The role includes leading the migration from MS Project to Primavera P6 and coordinating with multiple project managers and teams.

Qualified candidates bring 3–5+ years of scheduling experience, a proven master scheduling background, and familiarity with MS Project and Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of scheduling experience with successful tool implementations.
• Proven experience building a master schedule in a similar role.
• Familiarity with MS Project and Primavera P6.
• Ability to manage priorities under pressure and adapt to change.
• Strong collaboration with multiple teams and departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead rollout of Primavera P6 and migration from MS Project.
• Build and maintain project schedules for multiple project managers.
• Help fabrication and manufacturing teams build a resource-loaded production schedule.
• Combine project and production schedules into a single master schedule.
• Work with managers and stakeholders to define requirements, objectives, and milestones.
• Spot risks and create mitigation plans; update master schedule regularly.
• Lead meetings to review status and bottlenecks; propose solutions.
• Improve scheduling processes, tools, and methods for efficiency.
