Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team oriented and able to interact with multiple levels
• Good mathematical skills and problem-solving ability
• Proficient with MRP systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Manage customer releases, scheduling parameters, and production planning within the ERP system.
• Create, maintain, and validate production Bills of Materials (BOMs) in coordination with Engineering.
• Monitor schedules and capacity, analyze volume trends, and forecast risks.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through finished goods reconciliation and scrap reporting.
• Serve as primary contact for delivery performance, ASN, shipping docs, and replacement shipping activities.
• Complete and maintain customer documentation including PFEP updates and obsolescence reviews.
