GE Appliances, a Haier company, in Decatur, AL, seeks a Master Scheduler to oversee plant scheduling strategy and production control. You will collaborate with Product Management, Fulfillment, Plant Operations, and Sourcing to deliver a level-loaded production schedule that meets customer demand.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5+ years in manufacturing/materials management, Six Sigma, and strong Oracle EBS and Excel skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of combined experience in manufacturing, design, or materials management.
• Six Sigma certification.
• Leadership experience in assembly operations.

Responsabilidades

• Translate customer needs into a build signal for factory and supply chain.
• Drive 95% production mix.
• Plan forecasted production schedule and assess constraints.
• Coordinate with Product Management and Fulfillment for promotional periods.
• Generate and manage production forecast.
• Align plan production with customer demand.
• Utilize Proficy to manage schedules.
• Work with Material Planners to overcome shortages.
• Manage FG timing and changes to master schedule.
