You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize production plans and ensure timely deliveries, while embracing Lean principles and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Must have excellent written and oral communications skills.
Experience in manufacturing processes, productivity, and efficiency measurements
Strong understanding of Forecasting and Production Planning
Prior experience in standard enterprise resource planning (ERP)
Proficient in managing multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
Ability to make recommendations to assist in cost reduction, quality improvement and process improvements
Strong computer skills to create and update documents in MS Word and Excel

Responsibilities

Create and maintain production schedules to maximize productivity and meet customer requirements.
Prioritize and allocate resources efficiently.
Collaborate with multi-functional teams and work independently as needed.
Utilize systems such as NetSuite and Excel for planning and reporting.
