Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of Project Management or Security Management experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent program/project management experience.
• Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Project, Project Server and Project Professional.
• Demonstrated experience developing and managing integrated project schedules for complex programs.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with technical staff, program leadership, executives, and government customers.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and organizational levels.
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret
• Successfully pass background and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for DoD programs.
• Establish schedules, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths across projects.
• Analyze schedule performance, identify impacts, risks, and recovery options.
• Provide schedule status reports and executive briefings to leadership and government stakeholders.
• Support planning including resource forecasting and workload planning.
• Collaborate with PMs, technical teams, subcontractors, and customers to collect data.
• Conduct schedule risk assessments and recommend corrective actions.
• Facilitate PMO meetings and schedule reviews.
• Maintain schedule management processes and best practices.
• Ensure alignment between requirements, deliverables, and schedules.
• Monitor variances, earned value metrics, and performance indicators.
• Provide insights to support portfolio management.
• Identify resource conflicts and execution risks.
• Maintain audit-ready schedule documentation.
