Qualifications

• Knowledge of Medium and Low Voltage electrical distribution equipment is preferred.
• Strong problem solving abilities and leadership in a complex reporting environment.
• Ability to work across cultures and functional disciplines.
• Prior experience with complex engineering, production, or service environments; Salesforce.com preferred; SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Offers Engineering, Project Management, and factory leadership to develop and optimize project schedules.
• Balance engineering and factory capacity across product lines to meet budget targets.
• Drive end-to-end engineering task scheduling for timely release of drawings and BOMs.
• Lead product-specific load and production meetings; report capacity and delivery reliability.
• Coordinate change orders, project assignments, and lead times with PMs, Engineering, and Business Development.
