Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 2+ years’ experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Engineer, Project Manager or Master Scheduler in a Manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in SAP.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel and/or Access) and strong math skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with AE and PM teams on project schedules to drive timely scheduling and optimization of engineering and factory output.
• Monitor capacity utilization and ensure production lines are loaded to improve output.
• Supervise and report delays regarding engineering tasks scheduling to assure timely releases of drawings and BOMs to factory.
• Conduct product-specific production and load meetings to align business unit and factory.
• Provide regular reporting on loading status and Delivery Reliability performance.
• Coordinate with PMs and project engineers on change order management as it relates to timelines.
• Keep all SAP dates and related production schedules updated and communicate changes.
• Improve scheduling methodology and participate in implementation of new scheduling and production management software.
• Develop and report benchmarks including Delivery Reliability and Loading Status.
