Coreslab Structures Inc. (Orlando) is seeking a planning and scheduling professional to coordinate production activities and support dispatch operations. You will develop look-ahead schedules and liaise with engineering, production, and erection teams to optimize workflow and meet project needs.

This on-site role requires maintaining materials, generating reports, and ensuring clear interdepartmental communication on active projects. Adaptability and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• Production and Manufacturing Process knowledge
• Construction Experience
• Capable of understanding plans and material requirements

Responsabilidades

• Be the main contact for coordinating production activities across departments.
• Provide three week look-ahead schedules and daily production packets.
• Maintain inventory levels of production materials and track consumption.
• Create and maintain records of shipments and process invoices or rate confirmations.
• Coordinate freight movement and act as the communication link between truck drivers, shippers and customers.
• Attend preproduction meetings with Sales, Production and D&E to review projects.
