Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for coordinating production activities across departments.
• Provide three week look-ahead schedules and daily production packets.
• Maintain inventory levels of production materials and track consumption.
• Create and maintain records of shipments and process invoices or rate confirmations.
• Coordinate freight movement and act as the communication link between truck drivers, shippers and customers.
• Attend preproduction meetings with Sales, Production and D&E to review projects.
