Karman Space & Defense in Mukilteo is seeking a Master Scheduler to oversee the development of the master schedule, ensuring the optimization of production resources. This role requires collaboration across various departments to maintain adherence to deadlines and manage capacity planning.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience, along with strong organizational and analytical skills, and at least 6 years in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 6 or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily schedules for team members.
• Develop, publish, and maintain the master production schedule.
• Analyze and identify risks associated with the master production plan.
• Monitor actual output versus the master production plan.
