Job summary

BorgWarner Morse TEC is seeking a Master Scheduler to develop and manage master production schedules, integrate MRPII/ERP inputs, and coordinate with engineering, production and management to resolve capacity constraints.

You will optimize inventory levels, perform capacity analyses, support pull-system initiatives, and help improve shop-floor scheduling while maintaining safety and quality standards across all plants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering or MIS preferred.
• 3 years experience with MRPII/ERP systems including CRP (JDE system preferred)
• APICS Certification is a plus
• 4-6 years of experience in manufacturing field

Responsibilities

• Ensures that production is not held up as a result of late deliveries.
• Plans and schedules production to provide a high level of reliable, customer satisfaction
• Recommends revisions to the company’s purchasing policies through sound Material Purchasing programs
• Prepares timely, accurate reports for the Materials Department
• Maintains inventories with minimal investment while supporting production schedules
• Implements improved planning to increase productivity and efficiency
