Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed logic-driven schedules for complex capital construction and infrastructure projects.
• Create and maintain cost-loaded and resource-loaded schedules, including labor, equipment, milestones, and project dependencies.
• Establish schedule baselines, monitor progress, perform critical path analysis, and identify schedule risks or variances.
• Review contractor-submitted schedules, coordinate revisions, and evaluate schedule changes, impacts, and recovery strategies.
• Track key milestones related to permitting, inspections, commissioning, equipment installation, and phased project activities.
• Prepare clear schedule reports and communicate sequencing, constraints, risks, and recommendations to project teams and stakeholders.
