  • Work directly with Production Leadership and Team Leads to establish priorities, review schedule performance, and drive accountability to the production plan and customer commitments.
  • Monitor work in process and order status, identify risks or delays, and coordinate appropriate actions or schedule adjustments as needed.
  • Evaluate available labor, equipment, material, and demonstrated production capability when developing and adjusting schedules.
  • Coordinate with Purchasing and Supply Chain to identify material shortages or supply risks that may affect production and delivery.
  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Sales, and other functions to resolve issues affecting production flow or customer commitments.
  • Maintain accurate job orders, scheduling information, and related ERP data necessary to support production execution and inventory accuracy.
  • Monitor schedule adherence, past due orders, and other relevant performance indicators and communicate significant risks or changes to leadership.
  • Support continuous improvement of planning, scheduling, production flow, and delivery performance.
Qualifications
  • Associate degree, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Three or more years of production planning, scheduling, operations, or related manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, production flow, capacity planning, and material requirements.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with ERP/MRP systems and common business software.
  • Ability to interpret production information, identify constraints, and translate requirements into an executable schedule.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across functions and levels of the organization.
  • Ability to establish priorities, follow through on commitments, and drive accountability in a changing production environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
