Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field required.
• Two to three years of mental health or substance abuse experience.
• CAP/MCAP or LCSW/LMHC/LMFT preferred.
• Bilingual is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct staff hours of service for assigned clients.
• Conduct intake assessments/ biopsychosocial evaluations.
• Develop and maintain written treatment plans with client input.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling.
• Prepare documentation per policies and submit forms timely.
• Maintain activity logs and progress notes.
• Document clinical services per licensing and policy.
• Participate in case conferences.
• Complete orientation and mandated trainings.
