Job summary

Charlie Health seeks a Mental Health Group Specialist for their Oregon Clinical Cohort. This full-time, remote telehealth role focuses on leading psychoeducational group sessions and facilitating skill-building for clients aged 8–64.

You will work with a skilled therapy team, deliver 28 hours of group sessions weekly, and maintain timely documentation while collaborating with Clinical Leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a mental health or related field.
• Licensed or eligible to practice in Oregon or eligible for Oregon licensure.
• Experience across modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI).
• Experience in intensive treatment settings.
• Ability to work with diverse age ranges 8-64.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 28 hours of group facilitation weekly using an evidence-based curriculum.
• Lead Group Mastery sessions for clients with complex behavioral and emotional challenges.
• Maintain professional boundaries and ensure timely documentation within 24 hours.
