Job summary

Thriveworks Counseling in Reading, PA is seeking candidates pursuing Pennsylvania State Licensure as a LPC. This W2 employment model offers guaranteed pay, paid orientation, bonus opportunities, and a flexible schedule from 7am-10pm, seven days a week.

The role features a full-time course load of 30 hours per week (25 client visits, 5 admin hours) with hybrid work (50% in office, 50% remote) after a probationary period. Compensation ranges $40,000 to $55,000 based on sessions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program.
• Approved by the board as a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate.
• Must meet PA State Requirements for Pre Associate Licensure.
• Graduate or post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety.
• Graduate or post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to the DSM under a licensed supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Full-time availability (30 hours/week – 25 client visits with 5 hours administrative time including supervisory meetings).
• Must reside within 45 minutes of the office location. Ability to work in the office for the probationary period and then work a hybrid model (50% in office and 50% remote).

Thriveworks Counseling is seeking individuals pursuing Pennsylvania State Licensure as a LPC in Reading, PA.

Compensation:
