Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking provisionally licensed LPC candidates in Pennsylvania to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions from Bensalem.

This role offers a hybrid model with 50% in office and 50% remote, and compensation up to $51,700 plus benefits. You will work toward independent licensure, maintain a robust caseload, and use EHR tools to document care.

Qualifications

Thriveworks is currently seeking provisionally licensed individuals pursuing Pennsylvania Licensure as a LPC in Bensalem, PA to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions.

About the Role

• Approved by the board as a LAPC
• Must be seeking independent licensure and living in Pennsylvania
• Must reside within 45 minutes of the office location.
• Ability to work in the office for the probationary period and then work a hybrid model (50% in office and 50% remote).
• A graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program
• Must meet all PA State Requirements for Pre-Associate Licensure
• Graduate or Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is required
• Graduate or Post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing (preferred) according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor.
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools

Compensation up to $51,700 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. Full-time clinicians are eligible for health insurance, student loan repayment assistance, paid time off, and other employer-sponsored benefits.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
