Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking provisionally licensed clinicians in Pittsburgh, PA pursuing PA licensure as an LPC. Positions include telehealth and face-to-face sessions with a hybrid schedule (50% in-office, 50% remote).

A graduate of a 60-credit hour program and PA State licensure requirements are required; supervision and credentialing support are provided. We offer comprehensive benefits, guaranteed bi-weekly pay for completed sessions, and access to clinical supervision and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Pennsylvania licensure as an LPC (LAPC approved)
• Must reside within 45 minutes of office location
• Hybrid model: 50% in office, 50% remote

• Meets PA State requirements for Pre-Associate Licensure or post-graduate experience in counseling
• Experience conducting intakes and DSM-5 diagnostic work under supervision (preferred)
• Able to maintain minimum 25 sessions weekly with 30 hours of availability

Thriveworks is currently seeking provisionally licensed individuals pursuing Pennsylvania Licensure as an LPC in Pittsburgh, PA to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions.

About the Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

• Approved by the board as a LAPC
• Must be seeking independent licensure and living in Pennsylvania
• Must reside within 45 minutes of the office location.
• Ability to work in the office for the probationary period and then work a hybrid model (50% in office and 50% remote).
• A graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program
• Must meet all PA State Requirements for Pre-Associate Licensure Graduate or Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is required
• Graduate or Post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing (preferred) according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor.
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools

Compensation

Up to $52,400 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
