Job summary

Centerstone in Nashville, IN seeks a Masters Level Clinician to provide evidence-based clinical services for adults, adolescents, and children within a community-based and clinic outpatient setting. • Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field is required.
• Three to five years’ experience in behavioral health environment preferred.
• Active three-letter or associate license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services per guidelines including evaluation and psychotherapy.
• Maintain communications with referral sources and involved parties.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical records per policies.
• Collaborate with clinical team and community referral sources.
• Meet billable hour productivity standards and complete assessments timely.
• Complete ANSA/CANS assessments and clinical documentation within two business days.
