Action Behavior Centers in Goodyear, AZ, seeks individuals for full-time Behavior Technician roles. Master’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree accepted with RBT training. Pay starts at $22–$28 per hour with paid training and RBT certification coverage.

Schedule is Mon–Fri 8am–5pm with possible Saturdays; immediate openings and quick hiring process. You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years, delivering ABA therapy, collecting data, following treatment plans, and supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Master's Degree required for this role; proof of degree needed.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs; comfortable with active pace.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based activities.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children develop communication, social, and independence skills.
• Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment and collaborate with the team.
