Action Behavior Centers in Denver, CO is seeking a Master’s Level RBT who has completed 1700+ hours to join our center-based early intervention team. This full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality therapy to children with autism under BCBAs, with structured study support and ongoing supervision.

Qualifications

• Student Analyst has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours).
• All Restricted hours completed.
• Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program.

Responsibilities

• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Shaping the minds of kiddos in early childhood (ages 18 months to 13 years old).
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Developing clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collaborating with BCBAs and our team to uphold ABC’s core values.
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care to work on BDS modules.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team.
