Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Peoria, AZ is seeking a Direct Support Professional (Master's Degree Required) to support children with autism in a full-time clinic setting. You will follow individualized treatment plans and help children develop communication, social, and life skills through structured activities.

Paid training is provided, and your RBT certification is fully covered. Strong teamwork and scheduling with daytime hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) are part of this role, with potential Saturdays

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s Degree as part of the role
• Paid training provided and RBT certification covered
• Very strong teamwork and communication with families and children
• Experience in childcare or health sciences is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed
• Watch a Behavior Technician at work and engage with families as needed
