Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Direct Support Professional in Surprise, AZ, with a Bachelor's Degree required. The role offers full-time daytime hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm; Saturdays optional) and paid training including full coverage of the RBT certification.

Candidates with childcare or related experience will be considered a plus. You will follow treatment plans, engage with children through play and activities, and maintain a safe therapy environment while collaborating with a dedicated

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required for this role.
• At least 18 years old and able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
• Watch a Behavior Technician at work to understand the role.
