Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree required.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• You’ll work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy and follow personalized treatment plans.
• Collect simple session data and track progress.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe therapy environment and collaborate with the team.
