• Strong ERP/MRP proficiency and experience in a job-shop, high-mix environment.
• Direct, clear communication across floor levels without supervisory authority.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain daily/weekly production schedules across all departments.
• Coordinate with Purchasing on material availability and routing.
• Walk the floor to verify status and document reasons for delays.
• Escalate schedule risks with recovery plans to the Production Manager or Director.
