Job summary

Clayens US LLC in Fitchburg, MA is seeking a Production Scheduler to develop and maintain production schedules that align customer demand, inventory targets, and manufacturing capacity. You will coordinate materials flow across work centers and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery.

You will collaborate with Inventory Control and Customer Service to optimize resources and minimize variances. A minimum of 3 years in scheduling and a solid ERP/MRP foundation is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma accepted.
• Minimum 3 years in Production Scheduling or related manufacturing function.
• Manufacturing experience required; plastic injection molding preferred.
• APICS/CPIM certification or training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule to meet demand and inventory targets.
• Plan and schedule production across work centers based on orders, capacity, and materials.
• Review and adjust schedules daily to align with customer commitments.
• Issue and maintain production orders per MRP and MPS.
• Monitor performance and adjust to meet delivery and efficiency targets.
• Coordinate molding, assembly, and secondary operations for material flow.
• Maintain FG and WIP inventory targets.
• Validate schedules against raw materials and resources.
• Perform capacity analysis for labor, equipment, and tooling.
• Track KPIs for scheduling, inventory, and service.
• Review planning parameters in ERP/MRP to ensure data accuracy.
