Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Manufacturing Planner to own the production schedule, manage materials, and ensure smooth flow through the shop. You will build and adjust daily/weekly schedules, release jobs, and coordinate with purchasing and inventory teams while keeping the ERP system current.

The role requires manufacturing planning experience, strong organizational and data skills (Excel), and the ability to prioritize multiple jobs with high accountability.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing planning or scheduling.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in math and data analysis, Excel required.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple jobs simultaneously.
• High accountability and ownership of the schedule.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage daily/weekly production schedules.
• Release jobs and create work orders.
• Coordinate materials, purchasing, and inventory.
• Track job progress and adjust schedules in real time.
• Work closely with production, sales, and shipping.
• Keep ERP up to date (JobBOSS or similar).
