TRG Manufacturing Search Division seeks a Master Production Scheduler for a leading global OEM equipment manufacturer at its Richmond, VA plant. As the Master Production Scheduler, you will manage short-term schedules, coordinate daily/weekly plans, and replan orders based on demand and material availability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Operations, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • 3+ years in production scheduling, planning or related manufacturing roles.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems; Dynamics 365 experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage short-term production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate daily and weekly production schedules.
  • Replan production orders based on demand and material availability.
  • Identify capacity, material, or delivery constraints.
  • Collaborate with Planning, Sourcing and Production to align priorities and improve flow, lead times, and scheduling performance.

Job description

The TRG Manufacturing Search Division seeks a Master Production Scheduler to join a leading global OEM equipment manufacturer as the team continues to grow at its Richmond, VA plant. With plans to double output over the next three years, this role offers strong career growth potential within a world-class organization serving fast-growing markets, including data centers and industrial process industries.

As a Master Production Scheduler, you will manage short-term production schedules and help ensure customer orders are delivered on time. You will coordinate daily and weekly production schedules, manage and replan production orders based on demand and material availability, and identify potential capacity, material, or delivery constraints. Working closely with Planning, Sourcing, and Production, you will help keep manufacturing priorities aligned while identifying opportunities to improve production flow, lead times, and overall scheduling performance.

Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience considered
  • 3+ years of production scheduling, planning, supply chain, or related manufacturing experience
  • Experience working with ERP/MRP systems; Dynamics 365 experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage changing priorities
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
