Job summary

West Shore Home in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Master Plumber to join our installation team. You will work with the Installation Manager and field crews to uphold safety standards and deliver a 5-star customer experience.

The role requires an active Indiana Master Plumber license, a clean driving record, and the ability to coordinate permits, inspections, and skilled plumbing service. We offer competitive hourly pay and robust benefits within a technology-driven home improvement leader.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana Master Plumber License in good standing for designated territory.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Use your plumbing license to secure permits, coordinate inspections, and ensure projects meet all local requirements
• Respond to plumbing emergencies and support service calls
• Conduct job site inspections and scoping to maintain quality, safety, and installation standards
• Serve as the branch plumbing expert, providing guidance, training, and support to Installation Managers and teams
• Stay current on plumbing codes, new products, and techniques while promoting safe work practices across all jobs
