Job summary

Renuity Home is seeking a Master Plumber in Nevada to oversee and ensure quality installations of KOHLER-brand products, while training staff and representing the brand on site. The role entails supervising journeymen, coordinating permits, and maintaining safety standards during plumbing work across multiple states.

The ideal candidate has a Nevada Master Plumber license, 5+ years of bathroom remodeling/installation experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master Plumber License in Nevada is required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven experience as a Master Plumber.
• 5+ years of bathroom remodeling or installation experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to pass an MVR.
• Reliable transportation to carry tools and supplies to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee journeymen plumbers and plumbing work across Renuity Nevada and other states as needed.
• Develop and write the Renuity West Services Plumbing handbook.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop journeymen plumbers with a partner.
• Lead installation processes for contractors and journeymen to meet standards.
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and perform testing for safety.
• Coordinate permit processing and inspections with Scheduler.
• Supervise shower and walk-in bath installations and water heater work.
• Train plumbers to explain install processes clearly to customers.
