The successful candidate will spend up to 70% of their time running service calls, training technicians, and ensuring high-quality work and customer satisfaction while also troubleshooting and supporting technicians.

Qualifications

• Active Master Plumber license required.
• Experience leading or coaching technicians.
• Strong residential service plumbing background.

Responsibilities

• Run service calls and complete jobs as needed.
• Support technicians throughout the day remotely.
• Coach technicians on service process and customer experience.
