1-Tom-Plumber Global, Inc. is seeking a Master Plumber to diagnose plumbing needs, develop accurate estimates, and guide customers to informed decisions. You will collaborate with vendors and our field team to scope work, price jobs, and support successful project execution.

Responsibilities include building bids, communicating scope clearly to customers and internal teams, obtaining quotes, and mentoring junior plumbers while upholding safety and code compliance.

Qualifications

• Licensed plumber with knowledge of local plumbing codes
• Strong troubleshooting and customer communication skills
• Read plans/blueprints and understand project specs
• Organized, reliable, strong follow-through
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Diagnose residential and commercial plumbing systems and recommend solutions
• Build and present estimates, bids, and change orders
• Communicate scope clearly with customers and internal teams
• Get competitive quotes from vendors/subcontractors
• Follow up on open/unsold estimates
• Support purchasing and field teams as projects move forward
• Follow safety standards and plumbing/building codes
• Attend meetings and mentor other plumbers as needed

The Master Plumber is responsible for diagnosing plumbing needs, creating accurate estimates, and helping customers make confident decisions. This role works closely with vendors and the field team to scope work, price jobs, and support successful project execution.
