Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in production or supply chain planning.
• 3+ years in planning leadership roles preferred.
• Experience with MPS, S&OP, demand and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an integrated Master Production Schedule across U.S. facilities.
• Lead the S&OP process with cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate capacity and allocate resources to optimize production.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Logistics to align material availability.
• Standardize planning processes and report dashboards.
• Lead continuous improvement in planning and automation.
