You will assist with site analysis, 3D visualization, graphic presentation materials, and data-driven planning decisions. Ideal candidates are enrolled in Architecture/Planning programs, proficient in CAD and Adobe Suite, and ready to collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• Ability to visualize and communicate complex information clearly.
• Proficient in sketching and digital design to support planning.
• Ability to quickly analyze data for planning and design strategy.
• Willingness to learn project delivery methods across scales.
• Advanced design drawing with Adobe Suite and CAD tools.
• Familiarity with ArcGIS and related extensions.
• Collaborative, team-oriented work style.

Responsibilities

• Support the Master Planning Studio on day-to-day planning design issues.
• Provide graphic, production and technical land/urban planning support.
• Create graphic visuals, boards, renderings, and project documentation.
• Assist site planning analysis, 3D visualization and master planning initiatives.
• Build visual storytelling and presentation content for projects.
• Research and analyze data to inform planning and development decisions.
• Contribute updates to a global planning database.
• Monitor industry trends and market changes.
