Job summary

Disney seeks a Master Planning intern to support the Walt Disney Imagineering Master Planning Studio in Orlando, FL, January 2027 to June 2027. You will contribute to land and urban planning, transportation and infrastructure, and real estate development and entitlements.

You will create graphic visuals, assist with site planning analysis, 3D visualization, and data research, and help maintain planning documentation and a global planning database while collaborating with designers and project

Qualifications

• Visualize and communicate complex information clearly and boldly.
• Sketching and digital design to convey planning concepts.
• Quickly analyze and synthesize data for planning strategies.
• Learn project delivery methods while handling multiple project types and scales.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Solid CAD knowledge and familiarity with architecture software.
• Proficient in digital design tools (3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit).
• Working knowledge of ArcGIS and extensions.
• Strong strategic, technical, and analytical skills.
• Highly collaborative and team-oriented work style.

Responsibilities

• Support Master Planning on day-to-day planning issues.
• Provide planning and design support to teams across Walt Disney Imagineering.
• Create graphic illustrations, boards, color renderings, and documentation for projects.
• Collaborate with designers to complete site analysis and 3D visualization.
• Build visualizations and presentation storylines for stakeholders.
• Conduct research and data analysis to inform planning decisions.
• Provide inputs and updates to a global planning database.
• Monitor and analyze industry trends and market changes.
