Job summary

MiTek Industries, Inc. seeks a Master Planner II to optimize planning, scheduling, and material availability across multiple production facilities.

You will translate forecasts into executable supply and production plans using SAP S/4HANA MRP and planning tools. The role partners with Manufacturing, Engineering, Customer Service, Logistics, Procurement, and Materials to ensure material availability, manage risks, improve service levels, and drive continuous improvement initiatives using SAP,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a supply chain related field.
• 4+ years in production planning, master scheduling, or materials management.
• CPIM/Lean/Six Sigma or APICS/ASCM certification preferred.
• Experience with SAP and SAP S/4HANA MRP preferred.
• Power BI and advanced Excel or other analytics tools preferred.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, MRP, capacity planning, and SIOP/S&OP.
• Experience leading inventory reduction or working capital improvement initiatives.
• Experience developing planning, inventory, and performance dashboards.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master production schedules and material plans.
• Translate forecasts into executable supply and production plans using SAP S/4HANA MRP.
• Analyze supply and demand to identify shortages and risks; develop mitigation plans.
• Manage inventory levels to meet service and working capital goals.
• Monitor inventory performance and reduce excess, obsolete, or slow-moving stock.
• Maintain and optimize MRP planning parameters and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, and suppliers to manage lead times and risks.
• Develop planning dashboards, reports, and KPIs such as inventory turns and service levels.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using SAP, Excel, Power BI, and other tools.
