Fruition Group US is seeking a Master Planner to own production planning for the High Frequency Modules line, turning demand into production plans and shop floor schedules in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will build run plans, balance material and capacity, and flag risks across supply chain, manufacturing and sales while supporting the MAPICS to SAP transition. 3+ years in production planning or master scheduling, hands-on SAP PP/MRP, and a relevant degree are required.

Formación

• 3+ yrs production planning or master scheduling in manufacturing.
• Hands-on SAP PP/MRP (required, S/4HANA ideal)
• MAPICS / IBM i is a plus
• Degree in supply chain, operations or industrial engineering, or equivalent experience

Fruition Group US is partnering with a global manufacturer of RF and microwave components. Their products go into defense, space, communications and test systems.

They need a Master Planner to own production planning for their High Frequency Modules line. You’ll turn demand into a production plan the factory can deliver.

What you’ll do:

• Build production run plans, quantities and schedules
• Balance material, capacity and customer demand
• Flag risks early across supply chain, manufacturing and sales
• Support the move from MAPICS to SAP
