Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Master Planner for our Aerospace and Defense client in Marietta, GA. This hybrid role requires hands-on scheduling experience and strong CPM/EVM knowledge to manage complex program schedules.

You will support development of the Integrated Master Schedule, review proposals, and coordinate across engineering, procurement, contracts, and production teams. Strong communication and self-starter attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working Engineering Manufacturing and Development (EMD) programs.
• Experience with Critical Path and schedule control processes.
• Proven ability in proposal development, internal & external audits, and PM integration.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning and scheduling support to meet multiple mission requirements across locations.
• Develop and maintain components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule and basis of estimate.
• Advise management on contractual impacts and critical events; communicate with IPTs.

Our Client, an Aerospace and Defense company, is looking for a Master Planner for their Marietta, GA/Hybrid location.

Responsibilities:

• This position provides planning/scheduling support to meet multiple mission requirements located in multiple locations. Candidate will assist in the development and maintenance of components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule, including proposal schedule development, review/support Statement of Work and Basis of Estimate development. Advises the Program Management team when and if a contractual impact is expected or when critical events have happened, including factors which may impact delivery or cost. Ensure Communication and Cross-coordination with IPTs. Candidate will have experience utilizing Critical Path Methodology and how to apply it in schedule network development and analysis. Candidate will develop/refine knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM). Position interacts across a variety of program functional organizations such as engineering, procurement, contracts, business management and production. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment. Possess ability to prepare status reports, metrics and make presentations as required. Must be self-starter and have demonstrated Program Planning and Scheduling hands on experience. Additional responsibilities will be assigned as required. Position interacts across a variety of program functional organizations.
