GYMGUYZ is seeking a Master Trainer in Charlottesville who will lead a team of trainers, conduct assessments, and design training sessions for clients in homes, offices, and community spaces. You will drive client results while mentoring others and shaping fitness in your community.

This role emphasizes leadership, motivation, and measurable outcomes; a flexible schedule and opportunities for growth are highlighted as part of the mobile fitness model.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with recognized certs (NCCA/DEAC/NBFE).
• CPR/AED certification required.
• 2+ years in personal training and leadership roles.
• Proven client results and team mentoring experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills.
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using the app.
• Design and lead individual and small-group sessions.
• Monitor client success metrics and training quality.
• Support sales and assessment goals with leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
