Job summary

GYMGUYZ Master Trainer role focused on driving new business and delivering personalized in-home fitness sessions. You will leverage extensive fitness knowledge to build client rapport, assess needs, present services, close sales, and tailor training programs to individual goals.

Opportunity to mentor teammates and contribute to growth, with comprehensive support from a national network. Role requires travel to clients’ homes, flexible hours, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM) and CPR/AED certification.
• Experience in sales within the fitness industry or a similar service role.
• Solid knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes and conduct sessions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and on-site personal training sessions to clients with varied goals.
• Create personalized exercise programs using the GYMGUYZ Fitness App tailored to each client.
• Conduct initial assessments and close initial sales; perform reassessments and renewals.
• Drive new business through marketing efforts and promote the brand to clients.
• Mentor and train fellow team members; participate in team meetings and duties.

Job Overview

As a GYMGUYZ Master Trainer, you will play a crucial role in driving new business and delivering exceptional fitness training services to all our clients. You will use your extensive fitness knowledge and results-driven experience to promote our brand and create personalized training programs tailored to individual client needs. Building rapport with prospective clients during assessments is essential, and you will confidently present our services, address concerns, close sales, and actively drive new business. Additionally, you may have the opportunity to mentor and train team members, contributing to their growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and on-site personal training sessions to clients of various fitness levels and goals.
• Create personalized exercise programs utilizing the GYMGUYZ Fitness App tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
• Conduct initial assessments and close initial sales.
• Perform Reassessments and close renewal sales.
• Drive new business through various marketing efforts.
• Promote the GYMGUYZ brand to prospective individual and business clients.
• Drive to and from client training sessions.
• Maintain appointments in scheduling app.
• Attend monthly team meetings and other duties as assigned.
• Service Check of Personal Trainers to ensure best practices are being followed.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM).

• Previous sales experience in the fitness industry.
