Job summary

GYMGUYZ Master Trainer role involves delivering in-home and on-site personal training, creating individualized programs, and driving new business. You will assess clients, close sales, and potentially mentor other trainers to contribute to team growth.

You will travel to client locations, utilize the GYMGUYZ Fitness App, and participate in team meetings while benefiting from extensive training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM).
• CPR/AED certification.
• Previous sales experience in fitness.
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and on-site personal training sessions to clients of various fitness levels and goals.
• Create personalized exercise programs utilizing the GYMGUYZ Fitness App tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
• Conduct initial assessments and close initial sales.
• Mentor Personal Trainers on the team.
• Perform reassessments and close renewal sales.
• Drive new business through various marketing efforts.
• Promote the GYMGUYZ brand to prospective individual and business clients.
• Drive to and from client training sessions.
• Maintain appointments in scheduling app.
• Attend monthly team meetings and other duties as assigned.

As a GYMGUYZ Master Trainer, you will play a crucial role in driving new business and delivering exceptional fitness training services to all our clients.
