GYMGUYZ North Columbus, Ohio is seeking a Master Trainer to lead and mentor a team of personal trainers, delivering exceptional results for clients across mobile settings—homes, offices, and community spaces.

You will conduct initial assessments, design and lead individual and small-group sessions, and monitor client success metrics to ensure training quality. This role offers leadership growth and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Certified Personal Trainer with CPR/AED certification.
• Proven ability to mentor trainers and drive client results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.

• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.

Master Trainer

Compensation: $35 - $55/hr + performance bonuses + growth opportunities

Schedule: Flexible — full-time preferred

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
