GYMGUYZ North Columbus, Ohio is seeking a Mobile Master Trainer to lead and mentor a team of trainers, delivering fitness sessions at clients’ homes, offices, and community spaces. You’ll conduct assessments, design and lead sessions, monitor progress, and drive local marketing while upholding our DRIVE values: Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility and Excellence, and mentoring others.

This full-time role offers flexible hours, bonuses, ongoing training, and a clear leadership path

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA/DEAC/NBFE or equivalent)
• CPR/AED certification required
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of trainers to deliver exceptional results
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• A passion for helping people
• Highly motivated
