GYMGUYZ Northern Virginia & Bethesda is seeking a Master Trainer to lead a mobile team of personal trainers delivering client results at homes, offices, and community spaces.

You will mentor other trainers, shape training programs, and drive results while upholding the DRIVE values of Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with CPR/AED certification.
• Minimum 3 years in personal training and leadership roles.
• Proven track record of delivering client results and mentoring teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of trainers to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
• Conduct initial assessments and progress reviews using the company app.
• Design and lead individual and small-group sessions to drive results.
• Oversee client success metrics and maintain high training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessments in tandem with leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives
• Represent GYMGUYZ’s core values — Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence (DRIVE) — in every interaction

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
