Required Qualifications

Applicants must have experience with drywall repair, patching, caulking, and wall preparation. The ability to safely operate lifts, scaffolding, and other painting equipment is essential. Candidates must be able to read drawings, specifications, and work orders, and possess strong knowledge of safety requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supervising or mentoring other painters in a professional setting.
• Experience applying specialty coatings, epoxy systems, and decorative finishes.
• Strong knowledge of color matching and advanced finish application techniques.
• Ability to estimate materials, labor, and overall project durations accurately.
