Job summary

Del Amo Motorsports Group in Chula Vista, CA is hiring an Experienced Powersports Master Technician (Master Level) to diagnose and repair products sold at the dealership and mentor other technicians.

We offer medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid vacation, sick time, holidays, 401K, demo days, relocation welcome, and more. Work hours are 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, Tuesday through Saturday; full-time in-person position at our shop.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of motorcycle technician service experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Motorcycle OEM Training Credentials required.
• Good communication and writing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair any product sold in the dealership.
• Communicate necessary repairs to Service Manager or Writer.
• Train, mentor, and transfer skills to less experienced technicians.
• Meet deadlines and complete work productively and profitably.
• Own and maintain a complete set of tools.
• Follow dealership policies and dress codes.
