Job summary

Del Amo Motorsports Group is seeking an Experienced Motorsports Dealership Master/A Level Technician for our Victorville, CA location. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of motorcycle technician service experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Motorcycle OEM Related Training Credentials required.
• Good communication and writing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and diagnose any product sold in the dealership.
• Perform full and complete diagnosis on products in for service.
• Communicate repairs to the Service Manager or Writer both verbally and in writing.
• Train, mentor, and transfer skills to less experienced technicians.
• Meet deadlines and complete work productively and profitably.
• Maintain ownership of tools and adhere to dealership policies and procedures.
• Follow dress code and stay well groomed.
• Uphold positive working relationships with all employees.
