Del Amo Motorsports Group is seeking an Experienced Motorsports Dealership Master/A Level Technician for our Victorville, CA location. The role offers full benefits, a signing bonus, and opportunities for training and career advancement in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing dealership products, mentoring junior technicians, and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently. Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of previous motorcycle technician service experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Motorcycle OEM Related Training Credentials required.
• Good communication and writing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Repair any product sold in the dealership.
• Accurately perform full and complete diagnosis on products in for service.
• Communicate repairs necessary with the Service Manager or Writer.
• Train, mentor, and transfer skills to less experienced technicians.
• Meet deadlines and complete work productively and profitably.
• Own the complete set of tools.
