Job summary

The role requires flexibility for long hours and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment, with a focus on safety and compliance with liquor laws.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Effective communication with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Set up the bar according to hotel standards and ensure prompt service.
• Prepare beverages and cocktails according to mixing standards.
• Serve guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Keep bar and service areas clean and organized during service.
• Follow state liquor laws and hotel policies.
